This year (2025), LOUD Security Systems celebrates 30 years of protecting what matters most.

LOUD was founded in June of 1995, in the home of John Loud, then a Delta Airlines Flight Attendant. John took to heart Delta’s strong commitment to customer service, eventually helping over 10,000 homes and businesses. Over the years, LOUD has been recognized for service and excellence to it’s customers and the community including awards such as Cobb Chamber’s Small Business of the Year, SDM’s National Top 100 Companies, and SSI’s prestigious SAMMY award for Installer of the Year.

LOUD Security provides sales, installation, service and monitoring of security systems — such as intrusion and fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, and automation — to residential and commercial customers.

LOUD attributes success to its family of employees, and an adherence to offering customer-focused service. “We love the relationship we have with our community, and strive to promote a simple message of offering today’s technology with old-fashioned customer service to our family of customers.”

Who is LOUD?

LOUD Security started in 1995 as a simple idea. In the basement of his home, John Loud decided to combine the passion for customer service he had learned working at Delta Airlines, with his idea of protecting the Metro Atlanta area with top of the line security systems and monitoring.

As the idea took shape, LOUD Security Systems was formed, along with its distinctive premise: To combine Today’s Technology with Old Fashioned Service for every customer it touches.
